Return & Refund Policy
- We accept returns & refunds from customers if the goods received are damaged due to courier partner or in a bad condition during receipt.
- All returns & refunds must be submitted 7 calendar days after the goods are delivered to the customers. Any returns & refunds after 7 calendar days whence the goods are delivered will be considered void.
- Please submit a return request from "My Orders" screen, select your product for return, and click on the "Return" button at the bottom of the page next to the "Print Invoice" button. All returns must be submitted via the "Return" button or it will not be processed.
- Once the return form is submitted, we require proof or evidence of the damaged goods to be refunded to be sent to us via email (cncagri18@gmail.com), as well as the original order ID of the ordered goods.
- All of these processes must be completed within 7 calendar days after the goods are delivered to the customers.
- Buyers are responsible for the courier fees to return the goods to seller.
- We are not responsible if the shipment is lost during the return transit.
- Once we have checked and confirm the goods, customers will receive their refund within 7 working days.
- The refund will be processed and returned via the original payment method.
